Membership Agreement 

1. Member Benefits

As of part of membership with Art of Flow Creative Community, members receive the following benefits:

•  Access to the Art of Flow Resource Library, The Hub
•  Weekly online live painting sessions via FB Live
•  Monthly zoom painting workshops
•  New creative content every two weeks or more.
•  Access to the private, members only, Facebook group which includes interaction and creative feedback with Gabbi, the Art of Flow team and other members.

2. Membership Dues

The Art of Flow Creative Community is a subscription based membership. 

Members pay an agreed monthly or yearly fee via PayPal or credit card. 

The monthly or yearly subscription is an automatic transaction to Drawing Life from the member's nominated account each month.

Members can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle. (Note that yearly billing cycle is one year)

Any queries or disputes please email Gabbi.

Late payments or failure to pay monthly membership fees will result in the membership being cancelled after 3 weeks of non-payment.

3. Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

•  Share their login information with non-members
•  Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
•  Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions

4. Liability

The Member will not hold Art of Flow, Drawing Life liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

The Member agrees that Art of Flow, Drawing Life cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

5. Privacy

Art of Flow, Drawing Life will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

6. Membership Termination

Art of Flow, Drawing Life has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.
