• 5 x Live Zoom Painting Sessions with Gabbi's honest and encouraging instruction and painting demonstrations. 
• Daily outlines and prompts & poetry designed to support you to release the grip of the inner critic; experiment with mark making, colour, composition and discover more AUTHENTIC FREEDOM
• Suggested Materials List
• Private Facebook Group for support, encouragement and connection with the Art of Flow team and the artists painting alongside you
• Replay Access for 10 days - until the 1st October 2026
