We will endeavour to do our very best to meet people’s requirements and support you all in the best way we can.
We will list each policy below where refunds or credit notes will be offered & other circumstances in which they won’t.
In the event of a natural disaster, we will assess circumstances outside our control, pandemic or global issue, the department of fair trading policy's guidelines, and our terms and conditions to decide on refunds and postponements.
In the event of another lockdown in NSW and the retreat has to be cancelled, the workshop will be postponed and all deposits and payments will be carried over.
If a state outside of NSW is in lockdown the retreat will still go ahead. Participants from interstate who cannot attend will be refunded 95% if we can fill the booking (10% will cover administrative fees). If it is not possible to fill the booking, a refund minus the deposit will be issued.
Sickness, Covid related or other
Obviously, we need everyone attending this retreat to be well, given we will be in close contact throughout the retreat.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the retreat if:
- You have covid or symptoms of covid.
- You have a fever.
- You are generally showing any signs of cold of flu.
We are sure everyone will be respectful of this request & feel certain that If you are symptomatic, you will be in touch and stay home.
You will receive a partial refund of 40% of your full fee if you are unable to attend due to illness.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this is the case, please reach out to us, The Art of Flow Team and we will do our best to support you and your circumstances.
Change of Mind
Cancellations over 90 days before the retreat date will be 90% refunded (10% will cover administrative fees). After this date, cancellation refunds are at the discretion of the team.
