We understand there are unusual circumstances given the current COVID climate, so it is important to clarify any cancellation policies around this, as well as a general cancellation policy for any other life circumstances. We will endeavour to do our very best to meet people’s requirements and support in the best way we can.
We will list each policy below where refunds or credit notes will be offered & other circumstances in which they won’t.
Covid Policy
We completely respect your position on vaccinations and privacy around your choice.
The venue requires all participants to be fully vaccinated with a certificate of proof.
In the event of lockdowns, border closures or flight cancellations related to Covid government policies, participants will be entitled to a refund depending on the circumstances:
In the event of another lockdown in NSW and the retreat has to be cancelled, the workshop will be postponed and all deposits and payments will be carried over.
If a state outside of NSW is in lockdown the retreat will still go ahead. Participants from interstate who cannot attend will be refunded 95% if we can fill the booking (5% will cover administrative fees). If it is not possible to fill the booking, a refund minus the $300 deposit will be issued.
Sickness, Covid related or other
Obviously, we need everyone attending this retreat to be well, given we will be in close contact throughout the retreat.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the retreat if:
- Vaccination certificates are not up to date
- You have covid or symptoms of covid
- You have a fever
- You are generally showing any signs of poor health
We are sure everyone will be respectful of this request & feel certain that If you are symptomatic, you will be in touch and stay home.
You will receive a 50% refund of the full fee if you are unable to attend due to illness.
If you have had covid or another illness, please forward a Drs certificate that you are now in good health and able to attend.
Unforeseen circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this is the case, please reach out to us, The Art of Flow Team and we will do our best to support you and your circumstances.
Change of Mind
Please give this some thought before booking as there are no refunds for a change of mind.
