Terms and Conditions
Bali Retreat August 1-8th 2026
Booking and Payment
- To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of AU$500 is required at the time of booking. Alternatively, you may pay the full retreat amount upfront. If only the deposit is paid initially, the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. We will make every effort to contact you prior to cancellation.
- Installment payments can be made by written agreement with the Art of Flow team. All payments need to be finalised no later than 60 days prior to the retreat date.
- Please note, all bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.
Travel Insurance and Liability Waiver
- All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering- international medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation (ideally "Cancel For Any Reason" - CFAR).
- Proof of coverage must be provided before the retreat begins.
We highly recommend CFAR insurance for the broadest protection. Please note that we are not a travel insurance provider and are not responsible for denied claims or insufficient coverage.
- Additionally, all participants must sign a liability waiver prior to joining the retreat.
Cancellations and refunds-
- • All payments, including the AU$500 deposit, are non-refundable.
- • No refunds are issued for cancellations by the guest for any reason within 60 days of the retreat start date, including for personal emergencies, health changes, political unrest, or travel disruptions.
- • No refund will be provided for arriving late, leaving early, or unused days.
- • If you are unable to attend, please let the Art of Flow team know in writing (via email) 60 days before the retreat start date. [email protected]
- • Exceptions to this policy cannot be made.
Retreat Cancellation by Host
- Should the retreat be canceled by us for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, natural disaster, or unforeseen host circumstances), all payments made to us will be fully refunded.
- We are not liable for any expenses you may incur in preparation for the retreat, including but not limited to airline tickets, visa fees, equipment purchases, or other travel-related costs. No additional compensation will be provided for inconvenience, lost time, or indirect expenses.
Travel Documents
- Each guest is solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for entry into Indonesia (Bali). Please confirm your entry requirements with your local consulate.

- Please note, all passports require a minimum of 6 months validity to travel.
Room Assignments & Shared Bookings
- Our shared room bookings are based on double occupancy. If you reserve a shared room without a specified roommate, we will endeavor to pair you suitably, though compatibility cannot be assured. Should a suitable match not be feasible, you may need to upgrade to a single room at an additional charge, depending on availability.
Health, Safety & Medical Conditions
- Guests are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By attending this retreat, you confirm your good health and fit to participate in all activities, including physical practices such as yoga and a cultural excursion off site.
- You agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or mental health concerns that may affect your safe participation. This information will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure your safety.
Assumption of Risk
- Participation in this retreat acknowledges your understanding that travel and group activities carry inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, unpredictable weather conditions, natural hazards, potential exposure to illness, and interactions with local environments.
- You willingly accept full responsibility for any and all such risks. Furthermore, you release the retreat organisers from any liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense that may be incurred.
Code of Conduct
- Our retreat is a sacred and shared space. We require all participants to demonstrate respect towards fellow guests, the local culture, retreat staff, other resort guests, staff and the environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the retreat without a refund.
