Is this workshop suitable for any level?
Absolutely, Everyone is welcome!
For experienced artists, it will help you loosen up and rediscover more joy, freedom and spontaneity in your art.
For beginners, it’s a fun and easy process… designed to support you as you start your painting adventure.
How much time should I put aside each day for the Adventures in Paint Workshop?
60 mins minimum would be great!

What if I can’t make the live painting sessions?
The Facebook live painting sessions will be at 10am every day (Sydney time, AEST)
These painting sessions will also be uploaded onto our website to the Adventure Hub.
The replays will be in the Facebook group and in the Adventure Hub. They be available at any time for you over 30 days!
How will I find the Facebook lives each day?
Ways to locate The Facebook Lives in the Facebook Group when they are Live:
- Open the private Facebook group and Refresh your page
- Check announcements in the menu at the top of the Facebook group.
- Check Facebook notifications
How do I log into the Five Day Creative Adventure Workshop?
When you sign up for the Five Day Creative Adventure Workshop you will be asked for your name, your email and a password. This password can then be used for each login.
If, for any reason, you need a new password reset, please email l[email protected]
What if I am not receiving/can’t find emails?
Sometimes emails can end up in your junk mail, so please check if they are there first.
To make sure your future emails from Art of Flow arrive in your inbox, you can:

- Mark messages from me as “Important” That way they should arrive in your inbox.
How Long do I have access to this workshop?
This 5 Day workshop will be available for 30 days, until the 7th May.
Can I get a refund?
For this workshop, there are no refunds.
What happens after the Five Day Creative Adventure?
The Art Of Flow Creative Community Membership will open up to welcome new members. I’m really excited to be able to offer this opportunity, for new members to join our growing, beautiful creative community.
